WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EVERY PICNIC?

Every picnic package will include an amazing two hour themed setup with a gorgeous table, stemware, cutlery, china, cloth napkins, plush pillows and blankets, beautiful tent, team member meet and greet, music, grazing plate, specialty non-alcoholic drinks, ice bucket, insect repellent, sunscreen, essential oils, games and activities.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A PICNIC?
As soon as possible. We do book completely on the weekends and holidays.

MAY I CUSTOMIZE MY PICNIC?
Absolutely! We have many add-ons to choose from and if you have a specific request let us know!

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT THE DAY OF?
The day of will be a care-free experience. You will arrive and immediately be greeted by a Charlotte's Event Planner's team member who will guide you through your luxury experience. You will receive a contact number to call if you have any questions or need anything during your experience. Our team gives you your privacy but is always within minutes if needed early.

HOW DO I SELECT A STYLE AND A LOCATION?
We have preset locations on certain weekends to ensure proper space is available. you may choose from several unique décor designs including our most popular "Luxury", "Moroccan" and "Boho". We have other gorgeous packages to choose from for your special day and seasonal celebrations.

DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOL?

We do not serve alcohol but we d0 provide an ice bucket with fresh ice and stemware.

HOW DO I BOOK?
You may book by filling out our inquiry section on the Contact page. Fifty percent (non-refundable) is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and the remaining fifty percent is due 48 hours prior to the event.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require a 72 hour notice. Please understand your initial non-refundable deposit to make the reservation is non-refundable. During inclement weather we always do our best to accommodate. If we are not able to accommodate you, we will allow you to reschedule your experience.

Romantic Package

The Romantic Package features soft plush throws and pillows, diamond accents, grazing plate, specialty non-alcoholic drinks, ice bucket, music and a beautiful white lace tent among many other aspects. Our detailed arrangement is sure to wow and create amazing pictures for memories and to share. The ways to celebrate with this package are endless from date night and Valentine's Day to anniversaries and engagement!

Gathering Package

The Gathering Package offers numerous styles to choose from including our most popular and unique décor designs "Luxury", "Moroccan", "English Afternoon Tea" and "Boho". We also have specialty décor settings for seasonal times and holidays. This is the perfect way to celebrate time with friends or family and enjoy your chosen décor theme with a grazing plate, specialty non-alcoholic drinks, ice bucket, tent and music. The possibilities are endless. It is also the perfect setting for pictures and social media posts.

*Pricing for 4 begins at $249 with each additional guest only $49

Celebration Package

The Celebration Package theme can be anything from birthdays, baby showers, gender reveal, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, adoptions, promotions, retirements, holidays and seasonal times. If you want to celebrate it this package is for you. The themes setup in the Celebration Package much more specific to what you are celebrating. Each picnic will be unique to your event and only your event. This is perhaps one of the most fun packages as it will truly be only yours!

**Additional time may be added onto any package for an additional $75 each hour.
